특히 관련 기술 중 특허로 등록된 사항에 대해서는 특허법에 따른 독점적 권리가 보호되며, 그 밖의 소프트웨어, 콘텐츠, 디자인, 데이터 및 서비스 구성 등에 대해서도 저작권법 및 부정경쟁방지 및 영업비밀보호에 관한 법률 등 관계 법령에 따라 보호될 수 있습니다.
따라서 ㈜스마트크리에이터의 사전 서면 동의 없이 당사의 기술적 구성, 서비스 프로세스, 데이터 분석 방식, AI 코칭 구조, 프롬프트 설계, UI/UX 및 사업 운영 프로세스 등을 무단으로 복제·모방·변형하거나 이를 이용하여 유사 서비스를 개발·제공·상용화하는 행위에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따른 지식재산권 침해 여부를 엄중히 검토하고 대응할 수 있습니다.
㈜스마트크리에이터는 당사의 기술 및 지식재산권을 침해하거나 이를 부당하게 이용하는 행위가 확인될 경우, 침해금지 및 손해배상 청구, 가처분 신청, 형사고소·고발 등 관계 법령이 허용하는 민·형사상 조치를 포함한 필요한 법적 대응을 진행할 수 있습니다.
또한 기술의 부당한 취득·사용·공개 등 영업비밀 침해가 의심되는 경우에는 관련 법령에 따른 관계 기관 신고 및 수사기관 고발 등의 조치도 검토할 수 있습니다.
㈜스마트크리에이터는 자체 개발한 기술과 지식재산권의 보호를 위해 필요한 모든 법적 조치를 적극적으로 취할 것이며, 무단 기술 도용 및 상용화 행위에 대해서는 원칙적으로 엄정하게 대응합니다.

GoodJob.AI incorporates proprietary technologies, AI coaching architecture, data analysis technology, service logic, prompt orchestration, UX design and other intellectual property assets developed and owned by SmartCreator Co., Ltd.
Certain technologies are protected by registered patents, while other elements may be protected under applicable copyright, unfair competition, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, reverse engineering, appropriation, commercialization or other use of protected technologies or proprietary service processes may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.
SmartCreator Co., Ltd. reserves the right to take all appropriate legal measures available under applicable law, including civil claims, injunctions, damages claims, and criminal complaints or reports where appropriate.
Unauthorized use, misappropriation or commercialization of GoodJob.AI’s proprietary technologies and intellectual property will be addressed strictly and without compromise.
